Terms of Service

A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for the duration you selected. Ownership of the software remains with Scarlet.

You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile or publicly share any Scarlet build, loader or credential.

Sharing account access or licence keys terminates the licence without refund.

Access is tied to your product key and to a hardware identifier. One hardware reset is available per thirty days.

Software is provided as-is. Downtime may occur during platform updates while a build is being revised.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, chargeback fraud or abuse of staff.
