Information we collect
We collect the product key you redeem and basic technical data required to validate your licence.
We store a hardware identifier for each licensed installation to enforce per-seat licensing, plus basic transaction metadata returned by our payment partner.
How we use information
Data is used strictly to deliver the service: verifying your licence, unlocking the correct downloads, and providing support.
We do not sell customer data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Payment data
Card and crypto payments are processed by an external payment partner. We never receive or store full card numbers or wallet private keys.
Retention and deletion
Account records are retained while your licence is active and for twelve months afterwards for billing and fraud purposes.
You can request deletion of your account data at any time through a support ticket.
